I have seen such diverse teams in no-time becoming very functional and self-organizing. Members hailed from Asia, the US, the UK and Europe – yet after their initiation, they all spoke one language. Mutual understanding between colleagues sitting at the other end of the functional or cultural spectrum quickly led to the most optimal solution.
Some we already know and do. We put up visuals, try to break down functional walls, issue reports and do morning calls.
