Belbin role analysis is a means of assessing the overall blend of team members preferences for style of work.
Hofstede allows for learning sessions regarding different values and cultural backgrounds so that the team can leverage the differences.
Ekvall shows how the environment that the team is working in encourages or inhibits innovation. Changing the environment can lead to very impressive results.
