Cross-Cultural Workshops

Several clients have commissioned Comscientia to run cross-cultural workshops.

We have a flexible approach that builds on the scientific management methods of Belbin, Hofstede and Ekvall [BHE]. We put people first and structure the workshops in a collegiate manner.

Belbin role analysis is a means of assessing the overall blend of team members preferences for style of work.

Hofstede allows for learning sessions regarding different values and cultural backgrounds so that the team can leverage the differences.

Ekvall shows how the environment that the team is working in encourages or inhibits innovation. Changing the environment can lead to very impressive results.
